• Establish and maintain documented engagement methodologies, including frameworks, playbooks, templates, and deliverable standards • Translate methodology into scoped client engagements with defined scope and deliverable architecture • Improve delivery efficiency and scalability through internal workflows and AI-first tooling • Provide input into product and service packages aligned with credit union needs and responsible AI adoption • Own strategic partner relationships, partner management models, roles, quality standards, and deliverables • Hold partners accountable for timelines, budgets, SOW commitments, and deliverable quality • Integrate internal team members, fractional experts, and external partners into coordinated engagements • Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship and engagement owner for credit union clients • Build trusted long-term partnerships with credit union executives and teams • Onboard new credit union clients and ensure a smooth engagement experience • Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform service priorities and strategic direction • Track and report client satisfaction and delivery quality • Lead program and project management across advisory and technical engagements • Own project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder communications • Manage engagement lifecycles from scope finalization and contracting, including MSAs and SOWs, through delivery and close-out • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes proactively • Deliver engagements on time, on scope, and to high quality standards • Provide program and project management support for internal initiatives • Oversee engagement billing and coordinate invoice processing and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field, plus a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience spanning client relationship management and program/project management; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience spanning client relationship management, operations, and/or program/project management • Experience within a consulting firm, agency, or professional services environment managing complex multi-workstream client engagements • Experience managing third-party partners, vendors, or subcontractors delivering client-facing work, including scoping, quality control, and performance management • Experience creating engagement methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, or delivery standards adopted by others • Experience managing SOWs, service agreements, or client contracts • Proven track record managing multiple complex client relationships and engagements simultaneously • Experience within credit unions, community financial institutions, CUSOs, retail/mortgage/commercial banking, fintech, or broader financial services industry preferred • Exceptional relationship-building ability with senior executives and stakeholders • Strong command of program and project management principles, tools, and practices • Ability to direct and hold accountable people who do not report to you • Deep attention to deliverable quality, timelines, and operational improvement • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools • Comfort with CRM platforms, project management tools, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Microsoft Office • Ability to create and manage AI workflows • Ability to synthesize data, engagement feedback, and operational metrics into actionable insights • Ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment • Motivated self-starter with strong judgment and initiative • Strong executive functioning, low ego, warmth, professionalism, empathy, curiosity, organization, resilience, and adaptability
