📋 Description

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for programs across assigned service lines and region • Drive program growth, financial performance, clinical excellence, and operational effectiveness • Oversee day-to-day operations across residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services • Manage P&L, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement • Analyze program KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and third-party payer requirements • Collaborate with the VP of Operations and cross-functional teams on improvement plans • Analyze financial performance and align program resources with budget • Lead hiring, annual reviews, performance management, and personnel improvement plans for direct reports • Coordinate operational activities with support departments • Establish referral relationships with eating disorder, substance abuse, and mental health treatment programs and providers • Promote customer service and excellent service delivery • Assist with clinical work and engage patients in a supportive recovery process, if applicable • Support facility staff and foster a culture of shared responsibility and high-quality patient care • Participate in the clinical/administrative on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate, required • Clinical Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) • Minimum of three years of management experience in the healthcare industry, required • Ability to work on call and travel as needed
