• Develop and implement global pricing and market access strategies for Solid Tumor pipeline products • Integrate access requirements into clinical development, including trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation • Collect regional feedback and develop recommendations for clinical development and evidence generation • Represent the GVAP Solid Tumor perspective to company governance or oversight bodies • Develop early value propositions supporting pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions • Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and HEOR teams on trial design and evidence strategies • Identify and prioritize evidence gaps • Support health economic models, burden-of-illness studies, and other payer-focused data generation • Serve as primary market access contact for GPTs when delegated • Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs • Provide input into clinical decisions and Business Development • Engage focus markets and regional access teams on access strategy and local adaptation • Align target product profiles, evidence requirements, and value propositions across regions • Drive pre-launch planning, early value toolkits, JCA-relevant PICOs, and early engagement strategies • Support launch readiness through communication, training, and regional team support • Support regional activities related to early pipeline asset in-licensing • Monitor the solid tumor landscape, competitor activity, payer requirements, and regulatory changes • Analyze payer insights, pricing trends, and market conditions • Refine value propositions and product positioning through clinical phases • Lead early pipeline payer consultations across regions, including CADTH and NICE
• BA/BS Degree with 10 years of related pharmaceutical experience • At least 5 years of direct experience in global, regional, or local Market Access functions • Experience from pipeline/early development and JCA preparation is a strong advantage • Deep experience in market access and payer engagement within oncology • Ability to develop and deliver value toolkits • Detailed understanding of global pricing and reimbursement landscape, HTA, and national reimbursement processes • Strong understanding of regional pricing requirements for coverage and reimbursement • Knowledge of health technology assessment methods and health economics modeling is an advantage • Ability to work and communicate across multiple cultures and functions • Analytical competencies to structure complex issues and synthesize key points • Strategic thinking, initiative, organization, prioritization, and planning skills • Fluency in English, written and verbal • Strong customer focus, leadership, and presentation skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Expertise in global market access value models, value-based propositions, and cost-effectiveness models • Capability to execute projects in a timely fashion
