📋 Description

• Lead digital development projects end-to-end from kickoff through launch, owning scope, timeline, and budget • Anticipate scope creep and manage changes through clear documentation and client alignment • Coordinate Engineering and UI/UX Design resources across concurrent projects • Serve as the primary client contact for project status, timelines, and delivery communication • Translate technical complexity into clear, honest client communication • Lead quality assurance, ensuring work is reviewed, tested, and meets acceptance criteria before reaching clients • Identify opportunities to improve project scoping, tracking, delivery standards, tools, and workflows • Surface risks and issues early and bring solutions when projects are at risk • Use AI for status reporting, timeline risk detection, scope tracking, and meeting documentation • Protect margins, strengthen client trust, and drive long-term client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a project management or delivery role • Experience ideally within a digital development, engineering, or web agency environment • Demonstrated experience owning projects end-to-end from scoping through launch and post-launch review • Track record managing scope, timeline, and budget without surprises • Experience coordinating engineering and design team members on concurrent projects • Ability to serve as primary client contact and translate technical complexity into clear communication • Experience leading quality assurance processes and identifying issues before client delivery • Proactive risk identification and solution proposal skills • Comfort using AI tools for status reporting and documentation • Judgment to determine what requires human oversight • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Flexibility to adjust plans as priorities shift • Healthcare, life science, or other regulated industry experience is a plus
