📋 Description

• Manage written premium volume and new business applications • Monitor accident year loss/ALAE ratio, including IBNR • Drive agency profitability and growth goals • Apply selling techniques • Collect agency critical data in ACT • Conduct sales calls and manage strategic call routing and reporting • Travel throughout the assigned Texas territory • Represent Trexis Insurance, which provides non-standard and mid-market personal auto insurance programs through independent agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree • Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience • Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required • Thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting • Broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills • Strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ACT preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Candidate must be based in Texas • 75% travel throughout assigned territory • Position does not offer sponsorship
