📋 Description

• Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts across all company instances • Perform menu maintenance and maintain menu structure across companies • Administer security groups, field/method-level security, and role-based permissions • Manage user licenses and access assignments • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user issues; triage, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day problems • Troubleshoot Epicor issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency • Escalate complex development issues to the application development team • Deploy customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and Application Studio layers across DEV, PILOT, and PROD • Manage solution promotion and version control using Solution Workbench • Own and administer the ERP ticketing system; log, prioritize, track, and report requests • Coordinate and support project management for new module rollouts and implementations • Maintain the Epicor application environment and database uptime, including SQL Server, Task Agent, SSRS, application servers, and environments • Coordinate infrastructure, patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes with the hosting or managed-services partner • Monitor system health, performance, and scheduled processes • Support SQL Server database maintenance, including indexes and transaction logs • Maintain Epicor functions and external database integrations • Ensure successful nightly backups and weekly verification • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, security roles, deployments, and standard operating procedures • Develop end-user training materials and support adoption and standardization across sites • Identify and drive continuous-improvement opportunities in ERP processes and business use of Epicor • Handle other responsibilities, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as required • Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure, application development, ERP, database administration, and end-user teams • Interface with Epicor/EpicCare and third-party add-on vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field, or a combination of education and hands-on ERP/BI administration experience (3+ years) • Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (22 CFR 120.62) • 4+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience (E10/Kinetic strongly preferred) is required • Experience managing data loads for new Epicor implementations using Data Management Tool (DMT) is required • Experience with user security, menu maintenance, and multi-company administration is required • Experience in a manufacturing/engineer-to-order or configure-to-order environment is required • Proficiency reading, troubleshooting, and deploying BAQs, UBAQs, BPMs, dashboards, Application Studio customizations, SSRS reports, DMT solutions, and Power BI is required • Working understanding of ITAR and CMMC 2.0 compliance in an ERP context is required • Working knowledge of BAQs, including the ability to read, troubleshoot, and deploy, is required • Familiarity with Epicor customizations and Application Studio is required • Strong SQL and REST API integration skills • Strong troubleshooting, end-user support, and written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently • Experience with Apache Airflow or similar, scripting and automation with Python or PowerShell, Git-based version control, ERP automation, project management, and PDCA are preferred or a plus
