📋 Description

• Own onboarding operations, including offer circulation, background checks, device ordering, provisioning, and the pre-start experience • Improve onboarding communications and processes as cohort sizes grow • Own and streamline offboarding • Own and optimize the Rippling instance, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and data integrity • Build AI-native systems and automation • Convert recurring manual work into documented, repeatable processes • Support people programs including performance reviews, leveling, and recognition • Administer benefits and employment changes across a US PEO and EOR employment in Portugal and Canada • Execute policies and compliance, including immigration and work authorization, across operating countries • Report to the People Operations Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations or HR operations • Experience owning and optimizing Rippling or a similar modern HRIS; Rippling strongly preferred • Experience building HRIS automation • High agency and bias toward action • Strong, clear communication and cross-team partnership • Multi-country experience with PEO and EOR models, ideally in the EU, UK, and Canada • Genuine interest in AI and fluent use of AI tools in day-to-day work • Direct experience in people partnering or manager coaching is nice to have • Immigration process exposure, including H-1B transfers, PERM, or work permit transfers, is nice to have
