📋 Description

• Sell products and services for the company's pet-health client • Work with potential customers to convert prospects into brand-loyal customers • Represent Tribe's ethos and learn its sales process through training • Follow regulatory requirements and sell ethically without overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims • Conduct frequent phone and video calls with customers • Work remotely from home in a global environment

🎯 Requirements

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and sales excellence • Knowledge, background, or passion in health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150 ms • Jitter under approximately 30 ms • Packet loss under approximately 1% • Ability to support frequent uninterrupted phone and video calls

• Uncapped commission with estimated first-year on-target earnings of $55,000–$100,000 • Hourly base rate set at the state's minimum wage, paid every pay period • 4%–12% commission on net sales, paid every two weeks • Higher-commission plan offering 14%–17% commission on net sales, paid every two weeks • Non-recoverable earnings-floor guarantee when commissions fall below the state's minimum wage • Paid sales training during the first week • Fully remote work-from-home arrangement • Training and support from dedicated leaders • Unlimited commission upside based on performance
