📋 Description

• Conduct compliance monitoring, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements. • Evaluate findings and determine appropriate corrective actions. • Coordinate resolution activities to address non-compliance and strengthen program integrity. • Process assigned compliance cases from intake through resolution. • Conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities for internal stakeholders, providers, and vendors. • Investigate allegations of non-compliance. • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must reside within North Carolina. • Must be able to travel within catchment as required. • Preferred experience in public speaking, mediation and/or problem resolution, group facilitation, advocacy, regulations compliance, and project management. • Preferred: CHC, AFHI, CFE, and fully licensed in the State of NC - LCMHC, LMFT, LCWS, LCAS, or RN. • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment. • Resume must include employer name, dates of service (month/year), average hours worked per week, and essential job duties. • Resume must include education details (degree type, date awarded, institution, field of study). • Resume must include licensure/certification information, if applicable.
