📋 Description

• Lead and manage training facilitation staff, including performance, development, and scheduling • Oversee delivery of training programs for staff, providers, and community stakeholders • Manage training schedules, calendars, and coordination of delivery activities • Direct execution of specialized training programs aligned with accreditation and contract requirements • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver training needs • Monitor training delivery performance and implement improvements to quality and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Health, Human Services, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development and three (3) years of experience providing training to a variety of audiences; OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields and one (1) year of experience providing training to a variety of audiences; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • If not already certified, must obtain Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification within one (1) year of hire and maintain that certification throughout employment • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment of North Carolina, including Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilson counties • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future • Preferred: Two (2) or more years of experience in writing curriculum and/or presentations • Preferred: Fully licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
