📋 Description

• Manage the provider services function and provider support operations, team performance, and service delivery activities. • Manage provider service operations and team performance. • Monitor provider support activities and service delivery outcomes. • Monitor operational performance and enforce improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain provider service policies, procedures, and workflows. • Collaborate with providers and internal stakeholders to address operational issues. • Manage provider relations strategies and implement improvement initiatives supporting provider satisfaction, compliance, and consistent, high-quality service delivery. • Travel within the catchment as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within North Carolina. • Must be able to travel within catchment as required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future. • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • Meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional. • Two (2) or more years’ experience working in Call Center, Behavioral Health or Physical Health Network settings. • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
