• Lead occupational therapy services and staff • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy staff and support personnel • Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations to support care planning and member needs • Monitor therapy outcomes and functional progress to support effective service delivery • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices • Oversee staff, clinical operations, and service delivery • Support staff development and ensure services align with standards of practice
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy • One (1) year of experience working with the co-occurring of physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition population • Fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium’s Mid State Region or within 75 miles, including Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond counties • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer name, dates of service, average hours worked per week, essential job duties, education details, and licensure/certification information
