• Lead occupational therapy services and staff • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy staff and support personnel • Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations to support care planning and member needs • Monitor therapy outcomes and functional progress to support effective service delivery • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices • Oversee clinical operations and service delivery • Support staff development • Promote positive functional outcomes through effective rehabilitation services • Travel within the catchment as required
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy • One (1) year of experience working with co-occurring physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition populations • Fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist • Valid driver’s license • Must reside within Trillium’s Mid State Region: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, or Richmond counties • Must be able to travel within the catchment as required • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Preferred: supervision of two (2) or more employees • Preferred: experience in all three listed population areas
