📋 Description

• Define and evolve the overall architecture of the Trilon Digital Platform • Design reusable shared platform capabilities, including identity and access management, APIs, notifications, workflow orchestration, and common application services • Establish cloud-native architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD practices, observability, and deployment patterns • Design integration patterns connecting enterprise systems, engineering applications, and digital products across Trilon firms • Partner with data engineering and the Data Architect to enable secure, consistent access to enterprise data • Define reusable architecture and services for generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation • Work hands-on with engineering teams on solution design, architecture reviews, technical decisions, and complex implementation challenges • Develop an incremental architecture roadmap balancing immediate product delivery with long-term platform scalability • Partner with IT and Security on enterprise-grade security, access controls, monitoring, and operational readiness • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in platform architecture, distributed systems, or enterprise software • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or cloud-native applications • Experience integrating platforms such as Autodesk, Esri ArcGIS, Bentley, Deltek Vantagepoint, or enterprise content management systems • Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, event streaming, and modern integration frameworks • Deep understanding of cloud services, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability • Experience designing secure enterprise integrations across multiple systems and data sources • Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, data pipelines, and API-based data access • Working knowledge of AI/ML application architecture, including LLM integration, RAG, vector search, and AI orchestration • Strong understanding of security architecture, identity and access management, authorization, and enterprise data protection

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range of $161,000–$190,000 per year • Compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location • Fully remote work
