• Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption. • Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leading early discovery sessions and identifying customer needs. • Deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders by balancing virtual and in-person engagements. • Build trusted, multi-channel relationships with industry professionals and collaborate internally to secure high-value RFIs and RFPs.
• Proven understanding of HRIS tools, either through practical HRIS experience or by selling this specific category of software. • At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience working within the construction industry. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets. • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills combined with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset. • Prior construction industry expertise or dedicated SaaS sales experience within the construction sector is a bonus. • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
