📋 Description

• Participate in the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program to learn competencies required for a Site Manager role • Lead clinical engineering initiatives delivering customer service and operational efficiency through the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) • Manage day-to-day site operations • Collaborate with customers and maintain positive customer relationships • Develop and mentor clinical engineering associates and technicians • Serve as a communication channel between hospital executives and the TRIMEDX Central Office • Learn to direct Joint Commission inspections and ensure regulatory compliance • Provide hands-on general biomedical support • Oversee site operations and direct technicians • Staff and schedule technicians • Manage service operations, contracts, resources, inventory, and performance metrics • Identify root causes of technology and process problems • Develop continuous-improvement service strategies • Prioritize open work orders and document performance assurance inspections • Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop solutions • Monitor financial and performance benchmarks and manage financial performance • Shadow technicians performing maintenance, electrical safety inspections, operation verification, installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, repairs, incoming inspections, and equipment documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technological, or business field required, or equivalent experience • Alternatively, Associate’s degree in engineering or technological discipline, or equivalent experience, with 3 years of experience in the clinical engineering field • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required • Ability to manage day-to-day and long-term site operations • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others • Ability to perform basic financial analysis and calculate budgets, revenue, and costs • Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills • High learning agility and ability to ramp up quickly • Ability to learn data insights and share business objectives with customers based on asset data • Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE is a plus • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time • Must be willing to relocate
