📋 Description

• Capture, analyze, and report data to help Trinity Health leadership achieve operational efficiency • Audit department information and suggest process improvements • Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions • Collaborate on performance improvement activities related to program efficiency and patient experience • Distribute analytical reports • Use multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials • Research and compile information for ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives • Synthesize and analyze data, provide graphical trend presentations, and recommend practical solutions • Leverage operational data and measurements to demonstrate progress, ROI, and impacts • Support day-to-day operations within Strategic Sourcing and help achieve annual financial goals • Lead small cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality and vendor service levels • Manage competitive sourcing processes and low- to medium-risk contract negotiations for direct and indirect commodities and services • Draft contracts, contract amendments, RFP/RFQ information, and related communications • Maintain GPO and Trinity contract portfolio knowledge and system compliance • Support competitive bidding, supplier prequalification, RFP/RFI creation, response review, and product/service applicability assessment • Conduct competitive sourcing and negotiations; perform cost-benefit analyses, develop reports, and present findings • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets; develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools • Engage suppliers ethically and in accordance with Trinity Health policies • Plan and oversee small to medium sourcing projects involving multiple stakeholders and process changes • Complete contract amendments, lifecycle management, system requests, tier reporting, SIPs, and Eloc • Conduct category assessments, including spend analysis, demand forecasting, supply market intelligence, and risk evaluation • Analyze markets, vendor sources, product availability, supplier capabilities, and pricing • Support sourcing and contract management systems, audits, reporting, and process efficiency improvements • Coordinate executed-contract handoffs, purchase order placement, contract milestones, and implementation expectations • Investigate purchasing and sourcing issues raised by ministries and provide guidance • Contribute to process improvements that deliver cost savings, efficiency, and enhanced customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science and at least 5 (five) years of sourcing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • In-depth knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices, including advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau • Knowledge of vendor relationships and market analysis for trends • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely • Knowledge of methods for accessing and using information, preparing specifications, and analyzing bids and contracts • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports • Working knowledge of contract construction; ability to review, redline, and draft contract language • Ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, research, and presentation skills • Solid customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a shared leadership environment and across a large, geographically dispersed organization • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Prioritization, multitasking, coordination, organizational, and initiative skills • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities • Strong analytical skills, including ability to define critical issues and develop methodologies for analyzing relevant data such as keep-vs.-buy, Total Cost of Ownership, lease-vs.-buy, Net Present Value, and Cost of Service Ratio • Healthcare industry experience is preferred • High proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools is preferred
