📋 Description

• Provide administrative support and improve coordination, preparation, and workflow of department processes • Manage moderately complex benefits transactions and life-event changes • Deliver case resolution while maintaining SLA standards • Respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits administration, HRIS systems, and policy interpretation • Administer qualifying life events including birth, adoption, guardianship, marriage, divorce, legal separation, and dissolution of partnership • Process employment-driven benefit actions, dependent documentation, open enrollment, and transfers • Manage eligibility cases and ACA initial eligibility and enrollment assessments • Handle verification requests, specialized leave-of-absence cases, and adoption reimbursement • Support Open Enrollment planning, appeals, playbooks, and processing • Support Paid Time Off business processes and related employee transitions • Document case activity and use Workday benefits administration and HRIS processes • Analyze data and validate accuracy using Excel • Resolve escalations and meet SLA, KPI, and productivity expectations • Train, shadow, and guide peers on benefit transactions and processes • Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate with health ministry partners and Centers of Expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience • 2–3 years of previous benefits or shared services related experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of HRIS or direct Workday experience • CEBS, HCI, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred • Familiarity with vendor management, UKG, and case management systems
