📋 Description

• Manage and oversee day-to-day cash posting team activities for receipt, posting, and reconciliation of incoming cash payments • Lead cash posting reconciliation to support accurate billing, collections, and posting processes • Supervise Cash Posting Supervisors and subordinate colleagues • Develop proposals for short- and long-term cash posting operations goals, objectives, and strategies • Monitor operations, productivity, performance, trends, and resource utilization • Recommend resolutions to cash posting issues and report findings to leadership • Participate in redesigning cash posting processes and systems to improve services, data integrity, productivity, and quality • Manage continuous quality improvement initiatives across the cash posting team and PBS departments • Interview, select, develop, evaluate, schedule, and manage assigned colleagues • Establish and evaluate performance improvement programs • Manage financial and personnel responsibilities for assigned areas • Facilitate multidisciplinary teams and foster teamwork, retention, accountability, and high performance • Identify and implement cost-efficient service quality action plans • Promote Human Resource Management practices and recruit, retain, train, monitor, develop, and manage staff • Attend managerial meetings and perform other duties assigned by the Director • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health policies, Integrity and Compliance Program, and Code of Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, normally, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum five years of experience in revenue management, specifically Cash Posting/Cash/Credits Application management or related revenue cycle management functions • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems • Experience in a complex multi-entity healthcare organization or large complex revenue cycle services preferred • Superior management, team-building, and leadership skills • Ability to interpret third-party payer contract requirements and design and implement compliant procedures • Supervisory experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with patients/guarantors, physicians, physician office personnel, colleagues, third-party payer review personnel, and others • Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to process and display data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to operate in a collaborative, shared leadership environment • Ability to demonstrate honesty, integrity, caring, and the ability to inspire and motivate others • Ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures • Ability to work in an office environment, communicate extensively by phone and in person, operate a keyboard, concentrate, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, adapt to interruptions, and organize changing priorities
