📋 Description

• Design and implement security architectures for Azure and AWS environments following Zero Trust principles • Architect and deploy data protection controls across cloud services • Conduct cloud infrastructure assessments, identify misconfigurations and compliance gaps, and develop remediation plans • Define and enforce cloud security baselines and infrastructure hardening standards • Lead design and optimization of security monitoring and alerting across cloud and on-premises environments • Develop and maintain detection rules, correlation logic, and automated SOC response playbooks • Participate in threat hunting, security assessments, and penetration testing • Lead or co-lead incident response investigations and document findings, root causes, and recommendations • Define and enforce data classification, handling, and DLP policies for regulated data • Lead or oversee vulnerability assessments, secure code reviews, and penetration tests • Support DevSecOps with API security, authentication/authorization design, and secrets management • Support CISO with compliance program execution, audit evidence, and remediation tracking • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical standards • Conduct cloud, third-party, SDLC, and AI-system risk assessments and document findings in risk registers • Support vendor risk management and evaluate supplier security postures • Support AI Governance Board with AI/ML security assessments and controls design • Define guardrails, data minimization, and safety controls for generative AI applications • Lead or advise on secure AI architecture and monitoring for model drift, adversarial inputs, and unauthorized use • Provide technical security guidance and mentoring • Develop training materials, runbooks, and security-procedure documentation • Lead or participate in security communities of practice and technology evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of security engineering, cloud security, or infrastructure security experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing security solutions in Azure and AWS environments • Experience with Azure Security Benchmark, AWS Well-Architected Security Pillar, and CIS Controls • 3+ years of incident response, threat detection, or SOC operations experience • Understanding of identity and access management, encryption, network security, and secure SDLC • Understanding of modern threats and exploits • Ability to design correction plans, mitigations, and remediation actions • Ability to communicate attack chains to management and stakeholders • Knowledge of WAFs and SD-WAN • Experience with network monitoring and breach monitoring tools • Hands-on experience with AI/ML security, responsible AI governance, or model monitoring • Experience with zero-trust architecture • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda, and Azure Functions security • Experience in SOC design, threat intelligence, or security architecture • Experience with third-party risk management or vendor security assessments • Windows and Linux administration and/or engineering experience • Experience with EDR platforms such as SentinelOne • Knowledge of modern security frameworks, models, and standards • Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, Bash, Grep/Sed/Awk • Understanding of all phases of the Cyber Security kill chain • Experience with email security and phishing • Experience creating and updating Incident Response Playbooks • Understanding of secure messaging and security training best practices
