âą 5+ years of experience driving pediatric primary care sales âą Demonstrated success prospecting via cold outreach and direct in-person sales âą Track record of delivering monthly sales targets âą Strong relationship-building and communication skills âą Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred) âą Strong communication skills âą Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time âą Self-starter and doer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments âą Experience attending and generating business through conferences and industry events (preferred) âą Prior startup experience (preferred) âą Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and provider economics (preferred)
