📋 Description

• Build and scale the onboarding, training, and commercial capability programs • Create a commercial capability playbook for GIs • Produce GI-specific training materials at product launch cadence • Build a program measurement system using AI-assisted analytics • Partner with CS and Sales to design the GI-to-AE opportunity handoff framework • Serve as the connective tissue between GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitioner audiences • Direct domain experience in law enforcement, intelligence, financial crime, compliance, or adjacent mission-driven environments • Proven ability to design and deploy commercial skills programs for non-sales practitioners • AI-native working style • Track record of operating independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments • Strong content development instincts • Cross-functional collaboration skills
