📋 Description

• Own and lead TRM’s long-range, annual, and quarterly planning cycles with executive leadership • Build and scale a high-performing Strategic Finance team • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders • Develop and maintain financial models for corporate strategy, scenario planning, and key investments • Establish and improve processes and systems for forecasting, performance reporting, and budget management • Define, track, and analyze key business metrics • Deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and improve financial outcomes • Support M&A, capital markets, and investor relations • Report to the VP of Finance • Partner with executives across Product, Sales, and G&A • Engage closely with the Board and investors

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company • At least 2+ years in leadership roles • Proven ability to hire, manage, and develop high-performing teams • Passion for building and leading a world-class finance function at a high-growth technology business • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred • MBA a plus • Expert-level financial modeling skills • Strong grasp of GAAP financial statements • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills • Demonstrated success influencing executive teams and investors through data-driven insights • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Startup experience strongly preferred • Applied AI fluency, including using AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage
