📋 Description

• Define the overall product vision in partnership with Product Strategy, Product Development, QA, and General Manager • Translate product strategy into user stories • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Regularly update and refine the backlog with the squad • Liaise between product and development to explain and translate the how and why • Collect feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders on product increments • Manage interdependencies between squads/teams • Enable collaboration and remove impediments so the squad can find solutions • Own the work product and its delivery, including handling difficult conversations and pivoting when needed • Travel to client sites and/or conferences to lead product, roadmap, and user-feedback discussions • Plan and deliver presentations to clients and potential customers to support product growth and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience, with an understanding of Facility and Profee coding best practices • Ability to understand product business cases and functionality creation/adoption by clients • Experience communicating/presenting directly to clients • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member • Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other applicable regulations
