📋 Description

• Connect with clients to understand their financial goals and family protection needs • Present and recommend tailored life insurance and annuity solutions • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with honesty and care • Build long-term relationships leading to referrals and repeat business • Manage personal schedule and sales pipeline • Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Life & health insurance license required; applicants without a license will be guided through obtaining one • Strong communication skills • Self-starter with motivation to pursue unlimited earning potential • Positive, resilient, growth-oriented mindset • Comfort with or willingness to learn virtual/phone-based sales • Prior sales, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus but not required • All experience levels welcome, including experienced agents and motivated newcomers
