📋 Description

• Conduct remote consultations with prospective clients to assess life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options • Provide transparent, ethical, and client-first guidance prioritizing long-term financial security • Build lasting client relationships through consistent, professional, and service-oriented communication • Proactively follow up with leads and maintain ongoing engagement to support client satisfaction and retention • Manage workflow and schedule with discipline, accountability, and a results-driven mindset • Work independently and deliver personalized advice aligned with clients’ goals

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required — full training provided • Must have been out of high school for at least 4 years • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills • Coachable, dependable, and professional in all interactions • Demonstrated commitment to serving clients with integrity and putting their needs first • Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License in your resident state • Legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in a U.S. state
