📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company priorities and long-term business objectives • Ensure organizational focus, alignment, and accountability across multiple functions • Help shape organizational direction through strategic planning and decision-making • Evaluate and enhance systems, processes, and infrastructure to support continued growth • Lead initiatives that improve effectiveness, streamline operations, and increase organizational capacity • Establish performance measures and leverage data to drive business decisions • Provide executive oversight of operational and clinical functions • Champion quality, innovation, and continuous improvement • Foster exceptional client experiences and long-term strategic partnerships • Identify emerging market trends, operational opportunities, and innovative solutions • Partner with executive leadership to assess and advance strategic initiatives • Represent True Rx with clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and the broader healthcare community • Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams • Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and results • Lead organizational change initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required • Active pharmacist license in good standing required • MBA, MHA, MPH, or other advanced business degree preferred • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or a related industry • 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience • Proven track record of leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives • Experience guiding complex organizations through periods of change and expansion • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills • Demonstrated success developing teams and driving organizational performance • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives preferred • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry trends preferred
