📋 Description

• Manage and communicate pricing matters to pharmacies, state regulatory agencies, internal and external members, and client personnel • Develop knowledge of the claim adjudication process utilizing NCPDP standards • Contribute to development of the pharmacy manual • Support the pharmacy network, implementation, and claims reconciliation teams • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cervey, pharmacy networks, and pricing • Serve as a subject matter expert and resolve pharmacy setup and pricing issues in Cervey • Represent Operations on cross-functional teams and projects • Collaborate with other departments to identify training and process improvements within Operations • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and incorporate them into daily business • Serve as subject matter expert on pharmacy setup, pharmacy pricing, and Cervey • Address pharmacy help desk questions related to pharmacy setup and pricing

🎯 Requirements

• High school education or GED is required • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, training, or a related role within a PBM or busy retail pharmacy • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Knowledge of pharmacy claim adjudication processes or NCPDP payer sheet details is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • May require occasional travel to the Corporate office <15% • Leadership and management skills • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure • High level of attention to detail
