📋 Description

• Direct short- to mid-term operational plans for the cybersecurity engineering job area • Manage the design, development, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions and frameworks across manager-led teams • Coordinate and oversee threat modeling, security testing, and penetration testing activities • Oversee integration and incremental improvement of information security technologies • Advise senior managers and functional stakeholders on security issues and risk trade-offs • Partner with internal teams and designated external vendors or service providers • Uphold security policies, standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Direct crisis management, incident response, and forensic activities • Develop and coach lower-level managers and senior engineers • Contribute to technology, risk management, and compliance decisions and broader security plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security engineering or related cybersecurity roles • Deep expertise in cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, security testing, and penetration testing • Experience with information security technologies, configuration management, and operational handoff • Advanced management and leadership knowledge to manage multiple teams and drive tactical and operational security initiatives • English language fluency required • Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CEH preferred • Experience with security automation and orchestration tools preferred • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA preferred • Familiarity with emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends preferred • Prior technical security engineering experience within enterprise environments preferred
