📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service • Communicate with customers professionally, explain work completed, review safety evaluations, activity reports, maintenance checklists and related topics • Provide onsite customer training for machine operation and/or maintenance • Execute preventive maintenance on TRUMPF CNC machines, including laser-cutting, punching, press-brake and laser-punch combination machines, according to checklists and TRUMPF guidelines • Work with Product Support for technical assistance and provide diagnostic feedback • Coordinate with the PM scheduler on planning and scheduling missions • Submit organized mission reports within one day after completing missions, accurately reporting technical conditions and information • Submit complete and organized expense reports by the week after credit card charges occur • Support further development of the PM Group through efficiency and quality ideas and PM checklist updates/corrections • Choose the most economical travel method, flying or driving, through the company's travel agency

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year technical school degree in Engineering principles or a suitable combination of education and work experience • Experience in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics is helpful • Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver's license and record • Must be able to lift 70 pounds without aid • Requires travel 100% nationwide, including overnight stays and occasional weekend travel • Flexible / adaptable attitude regarding last minute changes to schedule and mission
