📋 Description

• Manage and process billing activities for clients • Handle invoices • Reconcile payments • Address billing issues and inquiries • Coordinate information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists during the transition from implementation to post-implementation maintenance • Maintain consistent client contact throughout the post-implementation process • Ensure change reports, list bills, and payment reconciliation summary reports are accurate • Research moderately complex billing inquiries for timely and optimal resolution • Participate in payroll deduction issue resolution • Assist with client suspense account reconciliation • Analyze data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete bills, check requests, change reports, and reconciliation summaries

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 4–6 years of related experience • Ability to coordinate information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists • Ability to maintain client contact throughout post-implementation processes • Ability to research moderately complex billing inquiries • Ability to participate in payroll deduction issue resolution • Ability to assist with client suspense account reconciliation • Ability to analyze data and obtain information for bills, check requests, change reports, and reconciliation summaries
