📋 Description

• Manage and optimize end-to-end billing operations • Support recurring automated customer billing and complex manual invoicing • Ensure accurate pricing, usage calculations, and delivery schedules • Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, Success, and AR/Collections • Manage client accounts, set up billing, track contract data, and address customer billing issues • Review contract terms and Salesforce data for billing accuracy before signing • Resolve billing disputes and issue approved credit/debit memos • Accelerate cash collection on past-due accounts • Act as an escalation point and conduct root-cause analysis for recurring discrepancies • Support escalations and reconciliations • Assist with month-end close and partner with Revenue Accounting on US GAAP revenue recognition • Maintain documentation and audit trails for internal and external financial audits • Identify workflow gaps and operational bottlenecks • Lead automation and billing infrastructure scaling initiatives • Participate in billing software UAT, billing system implementations, and system rule updates • Lead efforts to streamline billing processes across entities • Assist with billing-related reporting and ad hoc analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • 4-6+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or billing-operations experience • Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or high-volume environment • Deep understanding of contract management, order-to-cash processes, sales tax, basic revenue recognition (ASC 606), and accounts receivable principles • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with employees, management, and external agencies
