📋 Description

• Generate accurate customer invoices based on completed services and information provided by Calibration Technicians • Coordinate and dispatch technician schedules and routes based on incoming requests and service submissions • Conduct ongoing invoice audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Research and resolve discrepancies related to services performed, invoices, and billing • Communicate with customers, technicians, management, and internal teams to address questions and resolve issues • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to scheduling, services, and billing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies • Conduct research and gather information to resolve issues and support business operations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and technology • Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software preferred • Experience with auto damage estimating preferred but not required • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across multiple locations • Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and sound judgment when handling billing information and resolving discrepancies • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, technicians, management, and internal partners • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet access • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work • Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment • Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and digital communication platforms • Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with computer and keyboard use
