📋 Description

• Review invoices for accuracy and update quantities, truck numbers, freight, and other line items • Process RMAs for returned products or orders requiring re-billing • Issue credit memos for pricing issues, sales tax, and FES charges • Modify national accounts by adding products for buyback-related transactions • Compile invoices and bills of lading and submit them to customers • Submit invoices by mail, email, or customer websites with required documentation • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and coworkers by email and phone • Calculate amounts for bulk COD deliveries as needed by drivers • Complete next-day billing for deliveries and same-day buyback billing with 99% accuracy • Assist supervisors with special projects • Help operations understand orders that were picked but not yet invoiced • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; and less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, order processing, and database software • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume • Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions • Ability to work with minimum supervision • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds • Ability to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime • Experience with a dual-monitor setup is a plus
