📋 Description

• Support day-to-day accounts payable and core accounting functions • Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries • Assist with monthly close and reporting activities • Research and resolve accounting and payment discrepancies • Maintain accurate and organized financial records • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership • Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects as needed • Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2–5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
