• Guide district and charter schools through using the platform to build master schedules • Lead onboarding and training for new and returning school schedulers • Provide end-to-end support to finalize schedules, solving complicated constraints and unique school needs • Develop strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and scheduling-team members • Track success metrics for each school and support satisfaction and renewal rates • Advise school-based teams so schedules align with their priorities • Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the company's external representative, with product and engineering support • Manage district and charter network accounts through the customer journey • Establish partnership goals, implementation timelines, and training plans with district teams • Provide tools and structures for district leaders to manage scheduling timelines and track school progress • Support data integration with district IT and the data integration team, including structuring data files for application upload • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and marketing, and product and engineering teams • Share customer feedback and implementation insights to improve sales, product, and the overall solution • Contribute wherever needed to support team success
• Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules • Willingness to work in a scrappy environment • Flexibility to work full-time seasonally from January–July • At least 2+ years of experience building and owning a middle and/or high school schedule • At least 5 years of experience working inside a school • Experience with secondary school operations and culture • Ability to review schedules, slides, and related documents with critical attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and requests simultaneously • Experience working across cross-functional teams • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, conditions, complexity, and change • Customer success or related experience is a plus • Experience building systems/processes and delivering support to people and teams is a plus • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment is a plus
