📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design from problem definition and exploration through prototyping, launch, and iteration • Simplify complex workflows, rules, and marketplace dynamics into clear, intuitive experiences • Interview, observe, and gather insights from members and hosts • Partner with product managers to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and connect customer needs with measurable business outcomes • Use data, customer feedback, prototypes, and experiments to test assumptions and improve experiences • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, operations, and data partners • Build responsive, polished interfaces in Figma using components, interaction patterns, and the design system • Prototype and design AI-powered workflows and features with engineering, ML, and AI teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital products, ideally with complex acquisition funnels or marketplace environments • Strong user research abilities and comfort engaging directly with users • Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, and real estate economics such as rent, ROI, and occupancy • Experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows • Expertise in Figma and interaction design across web and mobile • Strong systems thinking and component reuse • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative insights • Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and leveraging modern AI tools in the design practice • Authentic, humble, kind, curious, collaborative, and mission-driven approach • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete an I-9/E-Verify process
