📋 Description

• Serve as a lead resource across SAP functional and technical initiatives, supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into SAP solutions, and support delivery of scalable system capabilities. • Provide support across SAP modules and business workflows, ensuring alignment between system design and operational needs. • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and third-party partners to support SAP integrations, configuration changes, reporting solutions, and process improvements. • Help drive system governance, process consistency, documentation, and user adoption across SAP-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP functional, techno-functional, or business systems roles • Strong experience working within SAP environments, including functional support, process improvement, and business systems optimization • Experience building or supporting Power BI dashboards, reporting, metrics, and KPI visibility • Experience with Smartsheet for workflow tracking, project management, reporting, or operational coordination • Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and how enterprise systems support them • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, reporting outputs, and process improvements • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups • Experience supporting data quality, reporting consistency, and business process visibility across multiple platforms.
