📋 Description

• Procure traditional and non-traditional supplies and services supporting the Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division • Interface with Program Management, customers, suppliers, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders • Review and manage risk, product cost, quality, and delivery lead times against corporate and program objectives • Ensure procurement transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Complete source selection and procurements meeting schedule, cost, and quality requirements • Develop and recommend secondary or additional sources • Review and negotiate supplier terms and conditions • Select and maintain sources of supply using progressive purchasing techniques • Review source justifications, commercial item determinations, and related compliance documents • Review, track, and process purchase requests with correct payment terms • Resolve delivery, quality, and pricing problems with vendors • Enter and update orders accurately in Costpoint • Monitor outstanding lead times and schedules • Perform routine purchase order reconciliation • Identify future procurement needs and new supplier sources • Notify suppliers of rejections and costs from defective materials • Expedite deliveries and obtain approvals for alternative procurement methods when needed • Support Planning, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory efforts • Maintain accurate procurement files • Conduct supplier evaluations • Resolve discrepant materials internally and with suppliers • Review and update supply chain metrics reports • Deliver procurements to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field and 2-4 years of progressive experience in procurement of supplies and services in support of federal contracts, or High School Diploma with 8-10 years of work experience • Experience in CPSR compliance and audit support • Proficient experience with Costpoint 8.0 Procurement Planning, Purchasing and Material Management Modules • DoD procurement experience and knowledge of FAR / DFAR procurement regulations • Familiarity with parts, materials, and process requirements for aerospace and defense applications • Experience with foreign supplier sourcing and procurements involving ITAR/EAR • Experience placing foreign and domestic POs/Subcontracts of high complexity and processing high volume POs across various business units • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform in an adaptable, fast-paced, changing environment • Knowledge of cross-functional duties (Accounting, Contracts, Program Management) necessary to effectively support total supply chain management • Experience with supplier negotiations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Must have a valid driver's license • Successful completion of comprehensive background check, security investigation, and drug screening • Ability to comply with applicable company policies, federal, state, and local regulations
