📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, and recruitment events. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies. • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources experience required. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person interviews. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
