📋 Description

• Deliver approved curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment • Facilitate activities and discussions engaging a range of learning styles • Provide targeted guidance, mentorship, personalized support, and coaching to students • Interpret and administer assessments and provide constructive feedback • Integrate technology effectively to enrich educational experiences • Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction • Develop course syllabi and instructional plans • Organize daily classes using creative and innovative techniques • Tailor teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs • Fulfill assigned schedules and maintain accurate student records • Maintain a safe instructional environment and ensure equipment security where applicable • Provide student advisement and timely, accurate information • Collaborate with the Office of Student Success on tutoring and retention programs • Participate in tours and recruitment events • Assist with department and program recruitment planning • Act as an ambassador for the program and TSTC • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Required skills, knowledge, certifications, or licenses are determined by the assigned program • Preferred skills, knowledge, certifications, or licenses are determined by the assigned program • Education and experience requirements are determined by the assigned program • Texas residence preferred • Ability to maintain flexibility, including availability for evening, weekend, or summer assignments as appropriate • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Commitment to TSTC's mission, vision, and values • If hired, completion of the federal Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form is required • Must present acceptable original documents proving identity and authorization to work in the United States by the third day of employment • Criminal history background check required for finalists • Transcripts must be sent after application
