📋 Description
• Answer incoming communications from customers • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues • Understand customer needs, think critically, and multi-task to resolve issues fast
🎯 Requirements
• 6 months or more of customer services experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple applications simultaneously • Strong multi-tasking, critical thinking, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills • Learns quickly, applies new knowledge, and helps build a positive, productive team • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
