📋 Description

• Own month-end close and reporting, including variance analysis and statement preparation • Lead ERP migration to an AI-native platform, with full oversight of system design and configuration • Expand the AI orchestration layer for finance so repeatable work goes to agents • Serve as the default billing systems lead and oversee billing operations day to day • Oversee multi-country payroll and benefits, commissions, and equity management • Coordinate with external providers to ensure global corporate and sales tax compliance • Maintain an audit-ready posture and ensure appropriate controls and memos are in place • Coordinate agents to run transactional accounting while retaining ultimate ownership • Collaborate on financial planning and maintain rolling forecasts • Handle various ad hoc projects • Work directly with the CFO

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with deep US GAAP accounting experience, ideally forged in an audited environment • Progressive experience at previous high-growth tech startups • Ability to rapidly context shift and rebalance priorities based on business needs • Proven track record of deploying and configuring AI agents to automate complex tasks • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and associated billing and margin analysis (nice to have) • Proficient in multi-entity rollups and international expansion (nice to have) • SQL, Python, or general coding experience (nice to have)
