📋 Description

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of document control processes • Serve as primary owner of document control governance • Oversee document lifecycle ensuring accurate flow of documentation • Manage interfaces with PMC’s EDMS • Act as focal point for document control escalations • Own and administer project document management platforms • Oversee transmittal management processes • Establish and monitor document control KPIs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements • Train team members in document control processes

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain U.S. Public Trust security clearance • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint experience a plus) • Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools for data management • Experience with Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau or equivalent programs • Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience • Understanding of construction documentation • Excellent communication skills
