📋 Description

• Develop early-phase spatial planning and site feasibility plans for EV operations facilities • Create site layouts, feasibility studies, and early-stage design concepts for new and existing EV operations facilities • Produce detailed drawings and documentation for service areas, support spaces, and site infrastructure • Design and coordinate EV charging layouts in compliance with accessibility standards and electrical requirements • Collaborate with Preconstruction and Design management teams to align designs with operational needs • Participate in site evaluation and provide architectural input during due diligence and planning • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in architectural planning or early-phase design • Experience supporting entitlement or feasibility studies preferred • Experience designing EV charging infrastructure and coordinating with electrical systems is a plus • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Basic knowledge of Bluebeam • Proficiency in Google apps and interface preferred • Basic knowledge of zoning analysis and building code principles • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently under short pursuit timelines • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities
