• Manage the transition of signed deals from lease execution through construction mobilization • Work with the pre-lease team to absorb and package each deal • Complete handover checks against client requirements and track transfer gaps to resolution • Prepare and co-lead onsite project launch meetings with the client project lead • Assign and track launch actions through completion • Commission schedule and cost reviews as design detail matures • Incorporate specialist findings into site baselines and reporting • Pursue resulting actions with developers • Drive inherited due-diligence open items to documented closure • Coordinate weekly project calls, design coordination, and developer interfaces through mobilization • Maintain action logs and produce standardized milestone reporting inputs • Manage day-to-day interfaces with developers, client project leads, and internal specialists • Transfer sites to onsite delivery teams at mobilization, including baselines, open-item registers, and accepted-risk records • Contribute to handover checks, launch formats, reporting standards, and lessons learned • Potentially adhere to SOX control responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Data center delivery, preconstruction, or development experience preferred • Mission critical and complex technical facility backgrounds considered where transferable • Working knowledge of data center construction and mobilization documentation requirements • Experience with project handover, preconstruction coordination, change control, and open item tracking • Ability to interpret schedule and cost reviews and pursue resulting issues with developers • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at different stages • Ability to secure information and commitments from non-reporting stakeholders • Ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders and secure assigned actions with owners and dates • Ability to work to an evolving standard and contribute to establishing it • Technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements, construction drawings, and specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise senior-stakeholder reporting • Proficiency with MS Suite and Google Workspace • General technological proficiency • Ability to understand and follow site HSSE policies • Approximately 6–10 days of travel per month
