• Provide consulting services for client accounts to achieve strategic business objectives • Manage projects from initiation through completion • Manage IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrade projects in occupied corporate office facilities • Manage new builds, site relocations, office re-stacks, technology upgrades, and special client expansion projects • Plan, design, construct, manage occupancy, and close out projects • Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Document IT requirements and collaborate with project teams to define technology solutions • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance and ensure accurate, timely, coordinated project data • Direct architects, engineers, and vendor/contractor project delivery teams • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply standard principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Mentor others and share job subject-area knowledge • Model CBRE RISE values and build consensus among stakeholders • Manage activities across own team and related teams
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in MS Project
