📋 Description

• Provide consulting project management services for a healthcare client account • Lead clinic renovations, including MEP infrastructure upgrade projects • Manage commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion • Plan, design, construct, manage occupancy, and close out projects • Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Recommend project resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Mentor others, share knowledge, build consensus, and model company values • Potentially perform SOX control responsibilities • Travel approximately 25% to client project sites nationally

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Experience with healthcare clients; medical client experience desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • E-Builder or similar project management software experience required • Smartsheet and Power BI experience beneficial • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Advanced interpersonal and inquisitive skills • Advanced math skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
