📋 Description

• Lead execution of Simple and Combined Cycle projects within the Heavy Duty Gas Power business • Manage the full project lifecycle from contract signing through completion of contractual obligations • Serve as the first and primary customer contact for assigned projects • Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and issue resolution • Manage and align customers, partners, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Own end-to-end execution of mega, complex, non-turnkey, product/equipment-only, and less complex combined cycle projects • Develop early execution strategies with the ITO Commercial Manager and transition projects into execution • Coordinate contract reviews for alignment on requirements, scope, and obligations • Manage execution using Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost criteria • Maintain full P&L accountability for revenue, contribution margin, and cash • Drive project performance metrics and manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk trade-offs • Develop and manage risk and opportunity registers and mitigation actions • Promote and drive GE Vernova’s Safety Toolkit across project teams, partners, and subcontractors • Support risk-based decision making using internal and external inputs • Develop deep expertise in project execution and/or a technical discipline • Interpret business challenges and drive best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Lead teams in developing solutions within complex manufacturing, engineering, or production environments • Apply advanced operational, engineering, and product management techniques across interdependent workstreams • Collaborate with partner functions to resolve cross-functional issues and execution constraints • Provide direct or indirect leadership of complex project teams and resources • Support Functional Project Managers with escalations • Present project, business, or technical solutions to senior leadership • Influence without authority in a matrix organization to drive unified execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience within Energy, Construction, or large capital project environments • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of time • Experience and demonstrated understanding of large capital project execution costs and estimates • Certified Project Management Professional (desired) • Graduate of the Field Engineer or Project Management Leadership Program (desired) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple phased projects simultaneously and independently • Strong customer focus and ability to foster strong relationships • Experience working with and influencing senior level leaders • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, business and financial acumen • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to succinctly communicate complex messages • Inclusive style and strong interpersonal and leadership skills at all levels • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and effectively interface at all organizational levels • Experience applying data and lean tools and technologies for strategic, operational, and project efficiencies • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
