📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch renovation and refresh programs • Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout • Coordinate banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments • Apply project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks • Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership updates • Oversee renovations for compliance with design standards, brand requirements, security protocols, and operational needs • Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls • Minimize disruption to branch operations, customers, and employees during renovations • Facilitate communication through regular meetings and project updates • Monitor design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and closeout requirements • Manage contractor and consultant performance for quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives • Review project documentation, drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor deliverables • Lead resolution of field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational challenges • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Support value engineering and recommend cost-effective solutions • Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety standards, and banking security guidelines • Maintain client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor • Identify program improvements, process efficiencies, expanded services, and future project opportunities • Support business development efforts within the retail banking portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing retail, banking, corporate interiors, renovation, or construction projects • Experience overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track project delivery environments • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration • Experience working in occupied facilities while maintaining business continuity • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites when required • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable
